My name is Sabina and I have been working in hotel cleaning since 2010, for 11 years now. What started as a job for temporary grew into a job for a long time. Since 2013 I have been working at Viku with great pleasure and satisfaction, where I started as a room attendant (chambermaid) and was able to progress to supervisor (manager) of 2 hotels. Viku is a family business and it shows. Despite the large workforce at Viku, you are not a number, but you are appreciated and treated as a person. The personal involvement is very high, you are listened to, the working atmosphere is pleasant and there are opportunities for growth. Mutual communication is good and cooperation, collegiality and being there for each other are a great asset. The work in the hotel cleaning is not the same every day, it is more than just cleaning, satisfied hotel guests, the pleasant working atmosphere and the nice colleagues ensure that the work remains fun.
